CAR ALARM INSTALLER (TRAINEE)
JOB OVERVIEW
This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
If you enjoy working on cars and are mechanically inclined, SWDS: Acrisure Protection Group KARR Security has an employment opportunity for you.
We are looking for motivated individuals to become an Alarm Technician. We'll train you to install our vehicle Alarm Security and GPS Tracking units, providing you with the basic tools and knowledge to succeed in this position and learn new skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Install auto alarms & GPS Tracking units.
  • Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
  • Provide customer service to our dealer clients and their customers.
  • Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Fast learner & Willingness to Learn
  • Attention to Details & Flexible
  • Work well in a team along with being motivated to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Manual dexterity and comfortable with hand power tools
  • 12-Volt experience is preferred but not required
  • Audio video installation experience is preferred but not required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have a valid drivers license
