Job description

Corvac Composites LLC in Morgantown, KY is seeking to fill the position of Lead-Shipping. This is an hourly position, with hours primarily being Monday-Friday 5am-1pm, with Saturday work and OT as needed. The purpose of this position is to oversee and lead the shipping team at an auto parts manufacturing plant.

Qualifications:·

· Knowledge of how to use CMS / AS400 is prreferred, with MS Office knowledge

· How to FIFO product

· Basic reading, writing, and math skills

· Good computer skills

· Basic Logistics Knowledge

· Forklift experience/license

· The ability to have a flexible work schedule including working weekends

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Previous leadership experience, preferably in shipping or auto manufacturing


Duties and Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

· Adhere to all Corvac policies and procedures concerning safety and personal conduct

· Check all incoming EDI, process if need.

· Supervise Shipping, Trucker & Pick-n-Pack Team

· Spreadsheet for Daily shipping numbers.

· Review Toyota web site paperwork

· Check all Shipping Schedules

· Generate paperwork for production shipments.

· Do Daily Checks on Shipments

· Create shipping paperwork for all product

· Maintain organized file system

· Enter Set ups in CMS. Location, new part, Ext:

· Communication with customer contacts about shipment information

· Enter Receiving into CMS.

· Call-in and schedule all trucks.

· Protect Company Assets

· Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
