Do you love scaling new businesses?
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is proud to be the pioneer and widely recognized leader in Cloud Computing. Our web services provide IT infrastructure in-the-cloud that is used by hundreds of thousands of developers and businesses around the world. These customers range from start-ups to leading web companies to Global 500 companies in industries such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, and high technology.

AWS customers are looking for ways to change their business models and solve complex business challenges with GenAI in the cloud and AWS is leading the way in providing customers with a broad portfolio of GenAI/ML services.
AWS is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect leader to help us scale our GenAI/ML business in Auto/Mfg and Media & Entertainment segments. The AWS machine learning portfolio includes services, such as Quick, Kiro, Bedrock, AgentCore and SageMaker. While the GenAI/ML market is early in its maturity, most all customers are looking for ways to incorporate it into their business to improve customer engagement, optimize operations, manage risk, and glean more insights from their data.
The NAMER Specialist Organization is seeking an accomplished Solutions Architect leader deeply familiar with GenAI/ML services, who has overachieved throughout their career and built strong, deep relationships with F1000 and/or G2000 organizations

This leader will partner with Sales and Product teams to build a strategy focused on winning new customers and growing existing customers for the long term. As the voice of the customer, you'll work closely with product and other GenAI/ML teams to help them evolve the products and address issues, concerns, and requests from customers.

To be successful, you will need to analyze and determine key customer insights from business drivers, customer feedback, and operating metrics.
