Job Description
Technician - Tier 2 ($21- 29)
Defined as a technician holding 3 ASE's or having shown proficiency on the job in 3 skill areas covered by ASE certifications. Technician must produce at an efficiency of 100% or more on a consistent basis. Company will supply tools initially and will assist the Technician in transitioning to tool ownership.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Defined as a second-level Technician
  • Perform oil and filter exchanges
  • Perform tire rotations, replacements and repairs
  • Perform multi-point inspections
  • Replace air and or cabin filters
  • Perform year-two repairs as assigned by the Shop Foreman

Qualifications
  • Provide a clean and valid California license
  • Have the highest level of workmanship
  • Have your own tools
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Pass a drug test

Requirements
  • Factory Electrical Certification
  • Completion of all factory Web Based Training
  • Training and completion of NVH
  • Start of Factory Engine Repair Certification
  • Ongoing interaction and performance objectives to be set by shop foreman
  • Technician needs to position self to have completed some or start passing ASE exams as required by the brand
  • Introduction to light and medium repairs
