Automotive Sales Manager - MEI Group

Location: Arlington, TX (On-Site)

Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You will maximize sales team potential by crafting and executing strategic sales plans, recruiting top talent, coaching your team, and monitoring performance - all while keeping the company competitive and innovative. Buy Here/Pay Here experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales growth and targets by managing the sales team
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base
  • Recruit, coach, and monitor sales representatives to maximize performance
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with forecasts to management
  • Identify emerging markets and competitor activity
Qualifications
  • Must have Buy Here / Pay Here dealership experience
  • Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager with consistent target achievement
  • Committed to ongoing education via workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • Valid Operator Driver's License and State Inspection License
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to stand, use hands and arms, talk, and hear
  • Frequently required to walk
  • Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds
