Responsibilities
As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training while learning to perform professional auto glass repair, replacement, and customer service.
• Repair windshield chips and cracks using professional repair systems
• Assist with windshield and auto glass replacement
• Learn ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera recalibration procedures
• Educate customers on windshield repair versus replacement options
• Recommend and schedule additional vehicle services, including:
• Window tint installation
• Hail damage repair assistance
• Headlight restoration
• Mobile auto glass services
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining service options
• Assist with appointments, daily operations, and customer flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications
• No experience required-we'll teach you everything you need to know
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
