We have stores in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn, with two service departments in Regina. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our customers, offering high-quality products, and supporting both retail and wholesale markets.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Outside Territory Sales Representative to join our team, based out of our Regina location. This is a career-focused role for someone who is self-motivated, sales-minded, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Job Summary
As an Outside Territory Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned territory, maintaining existing relationships and generating new business. You will leverage your product and service knowledge to promote sales, provide exceptional customer support, and drive revenue growth. This role requires autonomy, organization, and a professional approach, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively while on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales targets
  • Maintain rapport with current customers and serve as the primary business contact
  • Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities
  • Promote flyers, sell sheets, training programs, and sample products to encourage sales
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and create orders as needed
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Collect cores, returns, and payments from customers when required
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory minimums using CRM software
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and industry events in-person and online
  • Deliver parts and materials to customers during sales calls as needed
  • Practice safe driving and maintain company vehicle cleanliness and compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • Valid Saskatchewan driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and set down varying sizes of parts and boxes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Automotive, industrial, agricultural, or paint knowledge/experience is an asset
  • Proven sales experience; territory or outside sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
