This entry-level position is ideal for someone who wants to learn the trade, work alongside experienced technicians, and eventually grow into an Automotive Glass Technician.
What You'll Do
Assist with shop maintenance, and keeping work areas clean and organized
Help with moving vehicles in and out of the shop
Support the glass technicians with basic prep work and material handling
Learn the fundamentals of automotive glass repair and replacement from experienced professionals
Assist with inventory and tool organization to keep the shop running smoothly
Take on additional responsibilities as you develop skills and show initiative
