  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive new and used vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and weekly training.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve and exceed dealership goals.
  • Ensure sales processes, CRM activities and customer follow-up standards are executed consistently.
  • Work closely with Finance, Service, Parts and the Used Vehicle Department to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, manufacturer allocations and vehicle acquisition strategies.
  • Help maintain the winning culture that has made Meidl Honda Saskatchewan's #1 Honda dealership.
