DoubleTake Auto Spa in Fremont has an immediate full-time opening for an Auto Detailer Manager with at least 5 years' experience in auto detailing and at least 3 years in management.
DoubleTake Auto Spa is well known for being one of the top premium auto detailing companies in the Bay Area. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service coupled with powerful results.
We are looking for someone with great customer service and detailing skills to assist our customers and manage a team of four. You must know how to keep the team encourage and motivated while making sure they are staying on top of delivering quality results. You will also assist with daily operational task such as ordering supplies, updating calendar, ensuring the front office is clean at all times, managing payroll, etc.
You must have a keen eye for details as you will be responsible for double checking all vehicles prior to customer pick up.
This is an opportunity for someone with experience and self motivated. Looking for a skilled technician who wants to make a great living. Competitive salary / Commission structure.
