Job description

Pay: Unlimited Earnings Potential.    

We are seeking motivated, passionate customer advocates to join our Sales Team. We have exclusive locations where customers come to you. This is not door-to-door sales, and this is not telemarketing.  Commission based pay. Average Sales Associates earn $1,000 a week and top associates earn $2,000 +. Great pay with great bonus opportunities.  Sales or customer service experience a plus. Paid Training plus great commissions.

What you'll do as an Auto Glass Windshield Sales Associate?

  • Assist and inform customers of auto glass services (repair/replace/tint)
  • Set mobile appointments
  • Perform windshield chip repairs
  • Other duties as assigned

 

The Best Candidates will possess:

  • Previous sales experience a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience a plus especially big, friendly personalities.
  • Flexible availability to work mornings/afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with others and follow directions.
  • Reliable transportation.

 

Physical Environment:

  • Ability to bend, twist, stand, and work outside for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs.
