What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee all finance and insurance operations for new and used vehicle sales
  • Present and explain financing, leasing, and protection product options clearly and effectively
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a transparent and positive customer experience
  • Submit credit applications and negotiate with lenders to secure optimal financing terms
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Accurately prepare, process, and finalize all contracts and paperwork
  • Partner with the sales team to drive performance and achieve monthly F&I targets
  • Audit deals post-sale and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure timely funding of all contracts
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven success as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
  • Track record of high PVR and consistent performance
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in dealership management and CRM systems
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
