Responsibilities:

Attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives.
Makes extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers/Utilizes the menu selling process.
Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Works closely with sales team.
Follows all processes
Ensures all organizational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents.
Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
Reinforces company policies/adheres to company standards/reporting requirements
Attend weekly manager meetings

Qualifications

Qualities we require:

Previous Finance Manager experience
Must be a documented 1800+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer
Experience with Docupad or similar a plus
Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful

You will need to also include:

3 current references (exclude friend or family)
