Responsibilities: 

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance sales process
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Work with our lenders to obtain finance for credit challenged customers
  • Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects
  • Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
  • Convert cash deals to Finance
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer
  • Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval at all times
  • Process all federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
  • Complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, and taxes before forwarding to accounting
  • Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies

Qualifications:

  • Proven automotive dealership experience as a subprime manager
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Complete knowledge of funding process and requisite regulatory compliance knowledge
