How You'll Make an Impact

As a Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in building the finance operation and delivering a seamless customer experience.

  • Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing.
  • Present F&I products professionally and transparently while maximizing product penetration and profitability.
  • Ensure all finance transactions and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to create a smooth transition from the showroom to the finance office.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the finance process.
  • Monitor finance performance, gross profit, product penetration, and lender performance.
  • Help establish efficient F&I processes and best practices for the new dealership.
  • Support the Sales and General Management teams in achieving dealership goals.
  • Lead every transaction with integrity and represent The Hanania Way.
What Sets You Apart
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager.
  • CDJR/Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong track record of finance production, product penetration, and profitability.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal finance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with customers and lender partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
