Finance Manager 

Handy Toyota – St. Albans, VT

Job Overview

The Handy Automotive Group, is currently seeking motivated individuals to expand our Finance Management Team!  As a family owned and operated dealership, we are committed to the professional growth and success of our employees.  The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager Position will be self-motivated, a team player, have an outgoing personality and positive attitude.  Additionally, we are looking for our Finance Managers to be experts in building strong relationships with customers.  The finance manager is required to review each customer’s credit application, present finance options, and prepare the delivery documentation. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options.
  • Present service contracts, GAP and other beneficial ancillary programs.
  • Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship.
  • Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service.

Preferred Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Experience working in the finance industry or related field preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a high customer satisfaction level
  • Self-motivated and high-energy personality.
  • Strong attention to details and works well in a process driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, and help with lot duties such as snow removal.
