WESTLAKE WARRIOR | Late Stage Collections
Las Vegas, NV | On-site

Why Westlake?
  • Base Pay:
    • $20.00 per hour plus bonus potential of up to $5,800 monthly based on individual and team performance.

  • Tiered Retention Bonus:
    • Receive $500 upon completion of 3 months from the start date.
    • An additional $500 upon completion of 6 months from the start date.

  • *Incentive:
    • If the department exceeds its goal, eligible agents in the bonus range will receive a "kicker" ranging from $100.00 to $750.00, based on goal achievement.

What You'll Do:
As a 90-Day Collector, you'll manage accounts that are over three payments past due and play a key role in reducing delinquency for Westlake Financial. This position requires persistence, attention to detail, and strong skip-tracing and negotiation skills to help customers bring their accounts current and locate collateral when necessary.
  • Contact customers with accounts more than 90 days past due to discuss payment options and resolve delinquencies.
  • Use skip-tracing techniques to locate customers who are difficult to reach and identify collateral locations.
  • Negotiate payment solutions tailored to each customer's situation to help bring accounts current.
  • Achieve monthly goals while maintaining quality, compliance, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with repossession agents to recover collateral when required.
  • Reduce delinquency rates in your assigned queue through consistent follow-up and strategic communication.
  • Handle a high volume of calls efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong skip-tracing knowledge and ability to locate customers or collateral effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Flexible schedule - able to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Thorough understanding of state and federal collection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
  • Proficient computer and typing skills with familiarity in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, dependable attitude.
  • 3+ years of backend subprime collections experience required.
  • Auto collections experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
