Automotive Parts Professional Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide World Class Customer Service: serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories for their Honda vehicles. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs and providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: manage the dealership’s parts inventory effectively by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and identifying opportunities to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Technical Expertise: stay up to date on the latest developments in Honda vehicles, parts and accessories. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and dealership staff as needed.
  • Collaboration: work closely with other departments within the dealership, including service, sales, and administration, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize overall dealership performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: complete administrative tasks related to parts sales, including processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports as required.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable at all times, adhering to the dealership standards and safety guidelines.

Automotive Parts Professional Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday – Thursday 2pm-10pm and alternating Friday & Saturday 8am-6pm
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Automotive Parts Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Honda vehicles, parts and accessories, with the ability to accurately identify and recommend parts based on customer needs.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing orders and managing inventory.
