An automotive dealership located in eastern metro Atlanta is seeking an Accounting Clerk, preferably with accounts payable/receivable and/or billing experience, to process payments, post transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and more.

Responsibilities - Automotive Accounting Clerk:

  • Processes auto dealership accounts payable/receivable transactions, billing of vehicle purchases, verify deal contents, issue payoff checks for trade-ins, and more.
  • Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's DMS
  • Verify accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly remittances
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications - Automotive Accounting Clerk:

  • Auto Dealership Accounting Clerk, Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or Billing experience preferred
  • Strong accounting experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to analyze and research information 
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
