Loyalty is hiring skilled and detail-orientedย Auto Damage Appraisersย to join our team.ย This position offers a hybrid work scheduleย upon successfully completing the companyโ€™s probation period.ย We are looking for professional and respectful individuals who can provideย accurate and timely auto appraisal reportsย while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, body shops, and vehicle owners.

This role is ideal for experienced appraisers with expertise inย in-person auto appraisals and virtual appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conductย in-personย vehicle inspections to assess damage, structural integrity, and repair feasibility.
  • Estimate labor and parts costs usingย Audatexย software.
  • Evaluateย total loss valuesย and prepare detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiateย repair costs with body shops and claim handlers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Provideย technical supportย regarding vehicle repairability and market valuations.
  • Complete detailed inspection reports and insurance forms with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain aย high level of industry knowledgeย and stay updated on appraisal practices.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, including addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage scheduling and prioritization of vehicle inspections efficiently.
  • ย Mustย reside in Orlando, Floridaย and have experience conducting in-person auto appraisals.
  • ย Minimumย 2 years of experience in auto estimatingย (Required).
  • Proficiency inย Estimating software.

  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel to inspection locations.
