Job description

Loyalty is hiring skilled and detail-oriented Auto Damage Appraisers to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule upon successfully completing the company’s probation period. We are looking for professional and respectful individuals who can provide accurate and timely auto appraisal reports while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, body shops, and vehicle owners.

This role is ideal for experienced appraisers with expertise in in-person auto appraisals and virtual appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person vehicle inspections to assess damage, structural integrity, and repair feasibility.
  • Estimate labor and parts costs using Audatex software.
  • Evaluate total loss values and prepare detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate repair costs with body shops and claim handlers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support regarding vehicle repairability and market valuations.
  • Complete detailed inspection reports and insurance forms with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and stay updated on appraisal practices.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, including addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage scheduling and prioritization of vehicle inspections efficiently.
  •  Must reside in Orlando, Florida and have experience conducting in-person auto appraisals.
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in auto estimating (Required).
  • Proficiency in Estimating software.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate on behalf of insurance companies.
  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel to inspection locations.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Adjuster License is a plus, but not required.
