Your efforts will keep our production operations running smoothly and help support our profitability. Ensuring accuracy, you'll inspect incoming parts, supplies, and freight to verify their quality and ensure they match the repair orders. You'll mirror-match replacement parts and release them to production if they look good. Accuracy is key, and you'll correctly label, organize, stage, and distribute parts according to vehicle and repair order.If you notice any defects, discrepancies, or damaged products, you'll promptly notify estimators and the production staff. You'll document repair allowances/credits, identify repair options, and coordinate with vendors as needed to resolve any shortages, backorders, or incorrect orders. You'll handle freight-damage claims and maintain accurate parts, vendor, returns, and credit records. Attentive to detail, you'll monitor our inventory levels, proactively order supplies to prevent shortages, and make sure the parts, receiving, and staging areas are clean and organized.
