Job Title : Late Stage Auto Collector

Location: Addison, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule
• $21.00 to $25.00/hr BOE + guaranteed commission for 3 months after hire
• Mon–Fri 8am–5pm + 1 Saturday shift per month

ROLE IMPACT
As a Multi Stage Auto Collector, you'll play a key role in recovering delinquent auto loan balances while maintaining strong customer relationships. This position helps stabilize financial outcomes for both customers and the organization, ensuring effective follow-through on early- and mid-stage collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact customers via phone to collect on loans 30–59 days delinquent
• Deliver high-quality service across all customer accounts, including non-delinquent loans
• Perform basic skip tracing to locate customers with incomplete contact info
• Accurately record account activity and payment arrangements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years recent experience in auto collections
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stable work history and proficient typing skills

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Auto-dialer / predictive dialing systems
• Skip tracing platforms
• Loan servicing software
• CRM or call tracking tools
• Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with service-owned auto debt
• Familiarity with FDCPA compliance standards
