Job description

Pay Range
$80,000 - $90,000 per year of total compensation
Schedule:
M-F, 7:30am-4pm, plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff routes
  • Provide training to new staff members
  • Upselling companion products
  • Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial dish machines and repairing mechanical problems
  • Collection of customer payments and consistently following up to ensure accounts are current
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases
  • Driving and delivery

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
  • 1-2 years of experience in s supervisor or leadership role
  • Experience in proactive problem-solving and proficient in organizational skills
  • Able to handle stressful situations with exceptional conflict resolution
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
