Do you have experience in accurately assessing vehicle repair claims and ensuring repair processes align with policy guidelines? Are you experienced with motorcycle, ATV, and powersports mechanics and able to provide excellent customer service, working closely with repair shops, service advisors, and customers to resolve claim discrepancies?

What will your day look like? You will review and process automotive repair claims with precision and efficiency using automotive mechanical knowledge to assess repair estimates and validate claims. Analyze repair orders and service reports to ensure repairs comply with policy and warranty guidelines. You will have to pay attention to details and request additional documentation, if necessary, because you will be making decisions on claims approvals or denials. Therefore, you must be able to maintain detailed and accurate records of claim documentation and communication.
