Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team to perform full-cycle collision repairs. You will be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Damage Repair: Repair, replace, and adjust damaged body parts (fenders, doors, hoods, etc.).
  • Structural Repair: Perform frame, unibody, and alignment repairs to factory specifications.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize welding (MIG), soldering, cutting, and grinding tools.
  • Preparation: Prep panels for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
  • Communication: Work with estimators and parts associates to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional auto body experience.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Ability to read and understand repair orders and manuals.
  • Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs.
  • I-CAR training is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
