The right candidate must have large Independent or Franchised Dealer Body Shop Management experience. Current certifications and licenses a big plus. Reynolds computer experience also a plus. - Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume
- Provide a department operating profit and maintains customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.
- Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop
