experienced Auto Body Painters and Painter's Assistants to join our team! As part of a family-owned, multi-store dealership group, we’re committed to providing our employees with the tools, support, and opportunity they need to succeed. Job Responsibilities:

Auto Body Painter:

  • Prepare vehicles for refinishing, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation.
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate factory-quality finishes.
  • Apply primers, basecoats, clearcoats, and other refinishing products.
  • Inspect completed work for color match, finish quality, and overall appearance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and proper safety procedures.
  • Work closely with technicians and the collision repair team to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.


Painter's Assistant:

  • Assist auto body painters with vehicle preparation, masking, sanding, and priming.
  • Help with paint and materials preparation as directed.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
  • Assist with moving and positioning vehicles as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and proper handling practices for refinishing materials.
  • Support the paint department in completing quality repairs on schedule.
  • Be willing to learn and develop professional automotive refinishing skills.


Qualifications:

  • Experience as an auto body painter or painter's assistant
