As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.

Compensation:

$40,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
  • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key.
  • Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
