As an Authorized Gas Tester, your daily responsibilities include inspecting and monitoring work environments for hazardous gases before and during work operations, primarily in confined spaces or areas with potential toxic or explosive atmospheres. You will use gas detection equipment to ensure readings are within safe limits, document your findings, and issue permits for work to proceed when conditions are verified as safe.
