About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team as an AT&T Authorized Dealer. This role is focused on helping customers choose the right AT&T products and services while earning hourly pay with additional commission based on performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs
  • Present AT&T products, wireless plans, accessories, and service options
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations to support customer decisions
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store success
  • Stay up to date on current promotions, devices, and product features
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training
