Position Overview

Granite is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Part-Time, reporting to the Senior VP, Head of USA, to join our Dallas office to provide support to the real estate department through various administrative tasks.


The successful candidate will partner closely with our Real Estate team and wider corporate teams across our global offices to add value to the organization.


Job Functions

Preparing expense reports via SAP Concur

Reading and analyzing incoming memos and submissions, and distributing them as needed

Opening, sorting and distributing incoming parcels, mail, emails, and other correspondence

Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports

Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing multiple databases

Uploading invoices and tracking payment status

Assisting with preparation for meetings (in-person and virtual)

Utilizing various software packages to perform job responsibilities: MS Office Suite,Banking software

Managing and arranging Granite Gives (community volunteering) program in the US

Support the US team by writing up processes for existing and new procedures

Coordinate with property management for office related matters and answer office phone, direct calls, and take messages as appropriate

Provide general administrative support to all team members

Other duties as assigned

Skills/Requirements

Six (6) months to one (1) year of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience

Prioritize and organize daily workload

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Professional level verbal and written communications skills
