Job description

Augustana College is a selective liberal arts and sciences college of 2,500 students, including 26 percent first generation college students, 23 percent Pell Grant students, 24 percent students of color, and 12 percent international students. Our beautifully wooded and largely residential campus is located in Rock Island, IL, a diverse Illinois-Iowa Quad Cities metropolitan area along the Mississippi River with 400,000 residents about three hours west of Chicago.

The budgeted compensation for this position(s) is dependent upon enrollment at the below rates. (Compensation is contingent on meeting the enrollment threshold and is reduced if minimum enrollments are not met.)

$1400 per credit for part-time instructors without a terminal degree.
$1500 per credit for part-time instructors with a terminal degree.
If scheduled for 13 credits or less per academic year, this position would not be benefits eligible.
