Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support our senior communities throughout Eau Claire County. For therapists who are able and willing to also support our amazing senior community in Augusta, Wisconsin, this role offers the opportunity for full-time employment.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency, you will:

  • Complete functional and cognitive evaluations

  • Develop individualized, resident-centered treatment plans

  • Provide skilled OT interventions to promote independence and quality of life

  • Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive strategies

  • Recommend assistive equipment and environmental modifications

  • Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current or eligible Wisconsin OT license

  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

  • Passion for working with older adults
