Part-Time | Augusta Health and Rehabilitation | Augusta, WI

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking caring, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional, person-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. What You'll Do
  • Provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
  • Document care accurately in accordance with facility policies
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding care
