Are you a compassionate and dependable nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a difference every day? Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Part Time LPN or RN to join our NOC Shift team!
As a nurse at Augusta Health & Rehabilitation, you will play an important role in providing quality care, supporting our residents' health and well-being, and collaborating with a team that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.
Position Details:
โ€ข Part Time NOC Shift
โ€ข LPN Pay: $26.00/hour
โ€ข RN Pay: $35.00/hour
โ€ข Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays
โ€ข Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while making a difference every day
Nurse Responsibilities Include:
โ€ข Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
โ€ข Administer medications and treatments as ordered
โ€ข Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents' conditions
โ€ข Communicate resident needs and changes with physicians, families, and the healthcare team
