To thrive as an Augmented Reality Manager, you need expertise in AR technologies, project management, and a strong background in software development or digital design, often supported by a relevant degree. Familiarity with AR platforms (such as Unity or Unreal Engine), 3D modeling tools, and project management software is typically required, along with certifications in AR or immersive media. Excellent leadership, creative problem-solving, and communication skills help you coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate complex ideas into engaging AR experiences.
