CGS is seeking a highly skilled Auditor to provide general auditing and accounting services in support of fraud investigations involving potentially complex financial transactions and complex organizations attempting to evade detection. The ideal candidate will develop, coordinate, and draft technical audit guidelines, is proficient in a variety of accounting systems, and practices excellent cross-functional communication throughout investigations.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop, coordinate and issue draft technical audit guidelines and instructions applicable to financial audits and investigations.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prepare interim and final reports throughout the investigation process for use by staff members.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Arrange for secure storage, preservation, organization and indexing of voluminous documentary evidence.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in the compilation and analysis of documents and physical evidence, and the creation of charts, graphs, and other audio-visual materials for use in motions and at trial.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Meet with the designated federal agency personnel, state and local officials as needed throughout investigations.

Qualifications:
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Four-yearย undergraduateย degreeย orย higherย inย statistical/dataย analysis,ย finance,ย accounting,ย fraud examination, or other related field.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimumย 3ย yearsย ofย professionalย workย experienceย inย finance,ย accounting,ย fraudย examinationย or statistical/data analysis.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficientย inย Microsoftย Officeย applicationsย includingย Word,ย Excel,ย PowerPoint,ย Access,ย etc.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  U.S.ย Citizenshipย andย abilityย toย obtainย adjudicationย forย theย requisiteย backgroundย investigation.
-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience and expertise in performing the requisite services in Section 3 Preferred qualifications:
