Job description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Night Auditor - Part-Time

As a Night Auditor you will be empowered to ensure each guest has an amazing stay and is provided with a genuine and welcoming experience whilst staying with us.

 What is expected of me in this role?

         Leads Front Desk operation overnight while collaborating with all the departments and representing management.

         Provides regular feedback to Front office managers concerning service issues, guest requests, complaints, and comments.

         Conduct timely execution of the night audit process, and preparation of reports and information for the next day of operation.

         Assists guests with arrivals and departures and makes sure that the desk is manned at all times.

         Conducts duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner by following hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained.

         Prepares daily internal hotel communications

         Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include holidays.

         Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.

         Ability to handle cash and credit procedures

         Shift starts at 11 pm-7:30 am

         Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision 

         Valid work authorization for Canada

Qualifications:

         Minimum of one year of experience as a Night Auditor at a hotel or similar operation.

         Previous PMS experience is required; OPERA experience would be preferred.

         Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
