Role Overview:
The AV Monitoring & Automation Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and management of advanced monitoring, analytics, and proactive support capabilities specifically tailored for Audio-Visual (AV) operations. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and efficiency of AV systems through modern monitoring and automation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and manage remote monitoring solutions to oversee the health and performance of AV infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and implement proactive alerting mechanisms and incident detection strategies to minimize downtime and quickly address issues within AV environments.
  • Actively support and contribute to automation and self-healing initiatives, aiming to streamline AV operational tasks and improve system resilience.
  • Integrate AV monitoring data and alerts seamlessly with existing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and dashboards, such as ServiceNow, for centralized incident management and reporting.
  • Generate and provide comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance insights and reporting to stakeholders, demonstrating the effectiveness and reliability of AV operations.

Required Skills:
