Inside Sales & Account Manager (Audio Visual)

Location: Hollywood, FL (Office-Based Only)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team in Hollywood, Florida. This is a hybrid sales and account management position, ideal for someone who thrives on developing new business while also providing exceptional service to existing clients.

The role focuses on inside sales and business development, identifying and engaging new customers, while the remaining part is dedicated to managing existing accounts, preparing quotations, coordinating project details, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

This is an office-based position. Candidates must have prior experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry and be familiar with AV products, terminology, systems, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, phone calls, emails, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with contractors, integrators, corporate clients, and end users.
  • Present the company's AV solutions and services to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.

Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Provide pricing, product recommendations, and estimated project timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
