Audio Visual Project Manager
Job Overview:
The Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of AV projects. This role involves working closely with upper management to ensure project scope and direction are on schedule, collaborating with internal departments, and leading project teams to deliver exceptional results. The AV Project Manager plays a key role in maintaining quality, client satisfaction, and addressing potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assemble, lead, and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and role definition.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and manpower is effectively scheduled.
  • Create project budgets, monitor expenditures, and track financial performance through Work In Progress (WIP) reporting.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction throughout project execution.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Evaluate and assess project results, ensuring alignment with initial goals and objectives.
  • Implement and manage project changes as necessary to meet deliverables.
  • Track and report project deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
