Responsibilities

The Technical Support Analyst (Audio-Visual) will be responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and evaluation of conference room audio-visual hardware and software. They will assist end users with meeting scheduling, setup, and reported issues. Additionally, they will work with senior audio-visual staff to monitor the health of various audio-visual platforms and digital signage solutions.
