About The Opportunity

Programmed Electrical Technologies department currently has a great opportunity for an Audio-Visual Integrator to join our National team. This full-time position is a great opportunity to be part of our technology team that provides video conferencing and communication solutions to a variety of high-profile clients. This key technical position will see you responsible for the design, pricing and implementation of all technical elements in the tenders and projects. This predominantly client-facing position will be well suited to someone who has a passion for business development and providing first-class customer experiences.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Role can be based out of Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with stakeholders and key decision-makers within these markets to develop strong and ongoing working relationships
  • Assess local markets to produce a strategy to increase the presence of the Electrical Technologies business in the market to achieve the required turnover and gross profit
  • Assess business opportunities in conjunction with business policies and procedures
  • Manage bid processes to assess and upload contracts, detail specifications, drawings, and management of addendums and RFIs
  • Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout bid and project lifecycle
  • Prepare and initiate meetings at the outset of the project with key project members including job summary reports & specifications
  • Assist the Project Manager in closing out the project through the provision of relevant documentation

About You

To join our team, you will be experienced in Audio-Visual Technologies with first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will possess;

  • Qualification in Audio Engineering, Lighting or Video Technology or similar is desirable
  • A current defense clearance is advantageous
  • A passion to provide and execute high-quality work at all times
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.
