Job Summary
The Smart Campus Production Intern will learn fundamental aspects of live and A/V production and apply it to Smart Campus Production Services through supporting various events and meetings, including live streaming Esports Competitions and supporting Zoom Calls. While individuals in this position will be expected to learn, they are encouraged to provide insight and feedback to develop Smart Campus Production Services.
Troubleshooting issues and problems of technology in The Cornerstone space
Learn basic and advanced aspects of production and apply them in real event scenarios
Provide feedback on production SOPs
Follow production processes to provide excellent customer service to clients
Keep production facilities organized and orderly
Perform esports lounge attendant operations, outlined below:
Guest Relations: Greet and assist visitors; provide tours and front-desk support; address questions and ensure guest safety.
Facility Maintenance: Keep key areas clean, organized, and secure; report maintenance needs; safeguard equipment.
Program & Event Support: Help plan, market, and run events; collaborate with leadership to enhance engagement; gather feedback.
Technical Proficiency: Provide basic tech support for esports and Smart Campus equipment; learn streaming and production tools.
General Duties: Ensure safety, follow cash-handling procedures, and contribute ideas to grow a healthy community through each of our endeavors.
