Senior Admin Support/Project Information Specialist to include Facilities and Audio
‑Visual Management for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Business Center Management 

Minimum Qualifications
 
  • At least 10 years of administrative management or relevant work experience 
  • College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications. 
  • All personnel under this contract must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:  
  • Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
