The Senior Sound Designer independently crafts complex, emotionally impactful audio experiences across characters, objects, and environments. They collaborate closely with design, animation, narrative, and engineering teams to ensure seamless and meaningful audio integration throughout the game. 
In this role you will:
  • Design and deliver high-quality audio for game sections in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration.

  • Create, implement, and maintain audio assets for characters, objects, and environments, including sound event integration with animations.

  • Design complex audio systems using Wwise and Unreal, ensuring seamless functionality and integration into gameplay.

  • Record and edit various audio elements, including sound effects and voice-over assets.

  • Test, validate, and refine in-game audio to deliver emotionally impactful player experiences.

  • Manage priorities effectively, contribute to meetings, and proactively suggest solutions throughout production. 

What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with the entire production cycle for multiple video games, from preproduction tolive operations. 
  • Excellent knowledge oftechniques related to sound (recording, mixing, integration, postproduction,foley, SFX, music). 

  • Experience withaddingsound to a visual medium. 

  • Excellent knowledge of standard audio and game development tools.  

  • Knowledge of mastering standards. 

  • Excellent grasp of the relationship between SFX and music. 

  • Portfolio demonstrating your work in sound design.
Dans ce role, tu devras :
  • Concevoir et livrer un audio de haute qualite pour differentes sections du jeu, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes, afin d'assurer une integration coherente;
  • Creer, implementer et maintenir des elements audio pour les personnages, objets et environnements, incluant l'integration des evenements sonores aux animations;
  • Concevoir des systemes audio complexes a l'aide de Wwise et Unreal, en assurant leur bon fonctionnement et leur integration fluide au gameplay;
  • Enregistrer et editer differents elements audio, incluant les effets sonores et de voix hors champ   (voix off);
  • Tester, valider et iterer sur l'audio en jeu afin d'offrir une experience emotionnellement impactante aux joueurs;
  • Gerer efficacement les priorites, contribuer aux reunions et proposer proactivement des solutions tout au long de la production.
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Minimum 5 ans d'experience du cycle complet de production de plusieurs jeux video, de la preproduction aux operations en direct;
  • Excellente connaissance des techniques liees au son (enregistrement, mixage, integration, postproduction, bruitages, effets sonores, musique); 

  • Experience en ajout de son a un support visuel; 

  • Excellente connaissance des outils standards de developpement audio et de jeux video; 

  • Connaissance des normes de mastering; 

  • Excellente comprehension de la relation entre les effets sonores (SFX) et la musique.;
