Ministry Function: The Lead Audio/Video Technician serves a vital role in ensuring excellence in worship and ministry presentation. This individual is responsible for mixing and balancing sound, operating audio/video systems, and supporting the technical production of worship services and events. The role includes setup, maintenance, and supervision of A/V equipment, as well as training and developing volunteers to serve in production ministry.

Responsibilities:
1.ย  ย  ย Operate and balance sound for Sunday and special services using digital and analog systems
2.ย  ย  ย Set up, install, and maintain all necessary audio, video, lighting, and recording equipment
3.ย  ย  ย Support rehearsals, sound checks, and all assigned events from load-in to load-out
4.ย  ย  ย Research and recommend A/V technology upgrades
5.ย  ย  ย Train, schedule, and mentor production volunteers; actively recruit new team members
6.ย  ย  ย Maintain production inventory and report damaged or faulty equipment
7.ย  ย  ย Participate in weekly programming and production meetings, Bible study, and staff training
8.ย  ย  ย Assist with stage design and dรฉcor for events and productions

Qualifications:
1.ย  ย  ย  Member or willing to become a member of New Community Bible Fellowship
2.ย  ย  ย  Proven experience and proficiency in sound engineering and A/V systems
3.ย  ย  ย  Strong spiritual maturity and commitment to personal growth in Christ
4.ย  ย  ย  Team player with professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
5.ย  ย  ย  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle ministry matters with discretion
6.ย  ย  ย  Demonstrates servant leadership and unity with the churchโ€™s vision, mission, and values
Schedule: Full-time, including Sundays, weekday office hours (Tues-Fri), and select evenings for rehearsals and events (e.g., Elevate Nights, special services).
Compensation: Full-time ministry associate position with salary and benefits. Annual performance reviews conducted in July
