Job Description
Sales consultants are responsible for executing the consultant sales aspect of the Prime ECS process. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Being a good listener, understanding a client's needs
  • Understanding the breadth of our services in detail, in order to properly assess a client's needs
  • Working with the engineering team to develop project scope
  • Helping client's understand the level of service we provide and what makes us different
  • Standard work hours of 8am - 4.30pm U.S. Pacific Time

Skills
The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Ability to talk to a wide array of people
  • Ability to develop rapport
  • Ability to network
  • Ability to handle rejection and the sometimes zig zags of the sales process
  • Home control system understanding: Lutron Homeworks, Savant Home Automation
  • Basic IT understanding
  • Familiar with custom home audio, video and technology industry
