Job description

Schedule: 8.0 hours per day; 260 days per year
Qualifications: Required: A minimum of two years of experience in radio news with a broad background and knowledge of public radio journalism, audio storytelling and audio production. Demonstrated NPR quality writing, reporting, announcing and production skills. Conversational on-air delivery and knowledge of, or desire to learn, best practices in board operator skills. Team player with willingness to train others. Computer literacy. Knowledge of appropriate digital editing programs and file sharing options. Motivated and positive personality. Willingness to represent the station in the community.
