What does an audio product manager do?

An Audio Product Manager oversees the development and lifecycle of audio-related products such as headphones, speakers, or audio software. They work closely with engineering, marketing, and design teams to define product features, set timelines, and ensure the product meets customer needs. Their responsibilities also include market research, managing product launches, and creating product strategies.
